I went to Fort Jackson, but I've never had a special letter during my training, so im not sure.

I do not think that's a problem. I send my e-mails regularly friend and I have photos and what not, and he was sent on the basis of 2 weeks. The only thing I see happening with this rule is when Sergeant trainers "notice and just laugh at him or something. But I'm not sure what to do, I hope you do not. Good luck, and the is a great idea, I am sure you will enjoy it =)
