Linksys Srx I'm Going To Buy A Wireless Router For My Wireless Network. Is The Linksys WRT54GX2 With SRX200 Good?

I'm going to buy a wireless router for my wireless network. Is the linksys WRT54GX2 with SRX200 good? - linksys srx

What I mean is that the technology is well SRX? The WRT54GX2 is only $ 50, if the base of the Linksys WRT54G router, it's the same price. The WRT54GX2 has everything but the WRT54G best technology SRX. Why buy WRT54G popular and why most people?

SRX technology has a wide reach and bandwidth to the WiFi-g If you are a client adapter from Linksys SRX. The SRX400 240Mbps brag, but actually achieved 105Mbps in the real world testing at close range (yes better than the performance of 100 Mbit Ethernet). WiFi N is also a good option because you can use generic adapters to achieve N ~ 75Mbps practice.

People buy the WRT54G, and has started all OpenWRT and DD-WRT custom firmware project. The actual performance is very poor WRT54G WiFi, but the firmware in Linux, you can increase the intensity of the signal up to 250 mW (low capacity utilization reduces noise). Then a better WiFi coverage without buying anything extra.

Besides the two routers, the WRT54G I was on these grounds. I want to buy expensive SRX adapter for each of my previous devices.

If your computer does not have WiFi card, you should think about Wireless-N, because it has great speed and range.
