Collateral house is not necessarily a good thing - many people have had bad experiences with them. They are normally sold as an encouragement for you to buy a house - if you do not already have a written contract, you can ask to pay the seller. Your agent can find a company, if you insist, but it would probably be better if the three hundred U.S. dollars, or whether a compensation fund for possible planning and organization of the repairs themselves. Insurance companies charge you to come home and do not always agree, which is bad - it can be very frustrating to use!
